Choose Mise en Place in Settings → Billing. One click, no form to fill.
Step 2
Everything is kept
Your account goes read-only. Your Talent Bank, Your Team and RTW Vault stay exactly as they are.
Step 3
Reactivate in one click
Your plan and venues come back, no fee. Pick up right where you left off.
The rules, stated plainly
- 1Available after 30 days on a paid plan, or at the end of your free trial.
- 260 days between pauses.
- 3Reactivating is immediate and free, at the current price for your plan.
- 4No fee, no notice period, no minimum term — for pausing, reactivating or cancelling.
- 5Kept for up to 12 months on Mise en Place. We email you at 11 months. After 12 months, candidate personal details are anonymised under the retention policy for your region for your region.
